Returns & Exchanges

If you make a selection that does not suit you or your horse, you may return it for a refund or make an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Note: Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds are provided in the payment form shown on receipt. Returns without a receipt may receive a store credit with an amount equal to the lowest sale price in the past 60 days.

Can I return items purchased online be returned to the store?
Yes, simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return along with your receipt and original form of payment. We'll do our best to take care of you. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

What if the item is defective?
We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If an item is damaged or defective, we will review the return and evaluate on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
