Ordering

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The convenience and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we strive to place your orders in a timely fashion. All orders placed will ship the following business day and arrive based on service selected.

What happens when my item is backordered?
We strive to keep our inventory up to date.  In the event that items aren't available to ship when an order is placed, we'll email you with an approximate ship date. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.

How can I track my order?
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

 

Gifts 

How can I purchase a gift card?
HorzeStylz gift cards can be purchased online or at our store. They do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable online or at our store. Note: Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.

Can you gift-wrap my order?
Yes. During checkout, you can choose to add a complimentary message or gift wrap. Limited to one gift message per shipping destination. Note: Certain items are not eligible for gift wrap due to their size.

 

Payments

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Gift Cards: To use online, enter the Gift Card number in the payment section in Checkout.

Note: We cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders for online purchases.
